| dc.description.abstract | This research was realized in January - February 2013 at Lampulo Fishing Port Banda Aceh. The method was used in this study such as descriptive method and investing criteria analysis. The Respondent were determined by purposive sampling for arrest facilities ownership. The Patrons who have infrastructure (20 persons) to get repayment and clien (20 persons) also get it as a fee from their job. The purpose this study were: (1) Comparison financial feasibility of purse seine fisheries in Lampulo. (2) Analyzing profit-sharing system for every purse seine patterns in Lampulo The calculations results of the purse seine fisheries feasibility between the daily and weekly seems from the businesses criteria value respectively, there were adventages and repayment period was quickly too with ROI value is th greater than capital cost. Then, the investing feasibility calculation result in purse seine fisheries both of daily and the weekly were viewed of each investing criteria value, where NPV > 0, Net B/C > 1 and IRR> 10% than interest rate. It caused purse seine fishing businesses in Lampulo still qualified and feasible to continued. The profit-sharing traditional system in Lampulo showed unbalanced between patrons and clients income. The patrons income is greater. Moreover, profit-sharing among clients (fishing master, collector, mechanical dan ABK). Proceeds from sales of the fish (gross income) reduced by 35% (10% for treatment, 10% for Toke bangku, 10% for fishing master and 5% for the interpreter engine). Later, it was reduced with operational costs. The arrest result was shared between owners and clien based on the net income divided into 3 section, one part for the crew and the two parts to the owner. | en |
