dc.description.abstractThe success of fishing operations with lift net is highly dependent on light lamp. Light function here is as a decoy fish to come. Installation of the light source on the net will cause the fish that are positive fototaksis -- who is interested in catching the light and into the goal chart-- will at the bottom of the net. Net which has sunk will easily catch schooling of fish that congregate on it. The purpose of this study is (1) Getting the most effective construction lights to catch fishing with at stationary lift net; (2) Determine composition of catches stationary lift net that uses LED lights that hanging, dipped in water and fluorescent lamp; and (3) Determine the most effective time of the catch in the operation on stationary lift net. The method used is experimental fishing. The study begins with the design and measure of energy saving lamps, the next trial fishing conducted with the help of lights that have been made. Catch data for each treatment were analyzed descriptive comparative to compare is capability catch and efficiency of the lamp that designed and fluorescent lamp by the fishermen. Furthermore, to see the effect of the use of submersible lamps, hanging lamps, and fluorescent lamp (fisherman) at different times of the statistical analysis of the catch completely randomized design (RAL). Before the RAL test, the data was tested using normality test by analysis Klomogrov Smirnov. If the normal spread of data, then the parametric statistical tests will be done completely randomized design (RAL), but if not, will be tested non-parametric statistical Kruskal-Wallis. These results indicate that construction submersible LED lights produce a catch weight of 287.6 kg or higher than the fluorescent lamp construction 238.3 kg and 209.5 kg LED chandelier. Submersible LED lights produces 11 types of organisms catches consisting of HTU 212 kg and HTS 74.8 kg, LED hanging lamp 10 types of organisms (148.9 kg and 60.0 HTS) and fluorescent lamp result 6 tipe organisms (227.5 kg HTU and 10.8 kg HTS). Time to step on the effective operation of the third lamp of stationary lift net is between the hours of 18:00 to 21:00 that produce (289.5 kg), while 21.00-24.00 hrs (166.8 kg), 3:00 to 6:00 pm (146.3 kg) and 00:00 to 3:00 pm (134.4 kg).en
