Bouke Ami Ships is a squid fishing vessels that use nets gear. This net fishing gear is a modification from Thailand and Japan. The squid nets do not use Line Hauler but use as a replacement axle. The purpose of this study was: (1) calculate the static stability parameters of ships, and (2) determine the value of the quality of the ship static stability on four different simulated load conditions. The method used in this research is the case study method with direct measurement of the KM. Varia Karunia that is in the field. The results of the analysis of the third parameter value ratio obtained LPP/B, LPP/D, and B/D each worth 3.700; 9.751; and 2.635 and the coefficient of fineness vessel analysis examined each for Cb = 0.461; CP = 0.576 ; CVP = 0,600; Cw = 0.771 and = 0.726 still within the range of parameter values, the three main dimensions of the ratio value and the value of the coefficient of fineness five vessels studied were in the range value of static gear vessels similar in several regions in Indonesia . Value of static stability in KG1 = 0.678 m , KG2 = 4.793 m, KG3 = 3.040 m, KG4 = 2.319 m, and KG5 = 2.026 m having a good quality of static stability with vanishing angle over 1060 and has a stable equilibrium. Meanwhile, the calculations show that the high angle floading WL 5 draft at 2,259 meters then the resulting corner angle floading 24.240.en
