      Abstract
Actinomycetes is a microorganism which capable of producing antibiotics and antifungal compounds. The purpose of this research is the screening of endophytic Actinomycetes have been isolated from various plant medicines derived from Cirebon, acts as an anti fitopatogen against Phytophthora palmivora and Phellinus lamoaensis. The results showed that isolates a1084 generate intra-cellular compounds that inhibit the activity of Phytophthora palmivora wide clear zone diameter of 23.92 mm. Methanol extract was fractionated using silica gel column chromatography with gradien telutionan dobtain 14 fractions which have inhibitory effects against Phytophthora palmivora and did not have inhibitory effects against Phellinus lamoaensis. Antifungal activity test showed that the fraction of 6.3 from the chromatography column showed the highest activity with wide clear zone diameter of 22.86 mm. Fractionation of the results of subsequent column chromatography using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to determine peak contained in the extract. Based on the resulting chromatogram, secondary metabolit esproducedin the form of polar compounds.
