dc.description.abstractHorticulture is one of agricultural sub sector of Indonesia which has quite good potential in international market, such as ASEAN. The objectives of this research are to analyze condition and the competitiveness position of Indonesian horticultural commodities in ASEAN’s market, also to formulate strategy which leads to increase the export competitiveness of Indonesian horticulture. The export competitiveness of Indonesian horticulture is analyzed using Revealed Comparative Advantages, Export Competitiveness Index, and Acceleration Ratio methods. The examined commodities in this research are cut flowers, mangoes, mangosteens, guavas, avocadoes, watermelons, potatoes, tomatoes, gingers, and curcumas. Considering the classification based on the analysis, we can coclude that commodities which have export competitiveness are mangoes, mangosteens, guavas, avocadoes, watermelons, potatoes, gingers, curcumas, and cut flowers, whereas tomatoes have less export competitiveness in ASEAN’s marketen
