The high number of damaging activities by human threatened the sustainability of biodiversity and environment services. Therefore it is important to keep the sustainability of Halimun Salak National Park Forest by establishing the Center of Biodiversity Conservation (PKKH) as a long term plan program from TNGHS Office. The objectives of this research were to analyze stakeholders that related with the development of PKKH TNGHS area and to estimate the economic value from non-using of TNGHS. This study used Contingent Valuation Method, and Rank Spearman Test. The results showed that estimated of benefit value from TNGHS non-using forest for next 25 years was Rp 19.597.970.210,117/year. The stakeholders which are involved as key players are Malasari Village, PT. Aneka Tambang, Chevron, and TNGHS Office. The subject of stakeholders are Sustainable Management Group, Nanggung Subdistrict, and Citugu Conservation Village Model. Based on this research, it is important to continue this PKKH to keep the sustainability of biodiversity.
