Hatchery is one of important parts in aquaculture. This activity hopefully will go on continuously whole year in order to fulfill the seed required with good quantity and quality. Naturally, fish spawning time depends on environment signal. If environment have given the signal, the phisiological body system will work very well. The environment signal can be manipulated by hormone injection such as PMSG. Spawning fluency also depends on body nutrition status, because the material proceed from consumed feed. Therefore, fed by optimum nutrient is needed to improve gonad development. The raw material is determinant of consisted nutrient in. Feed can be added with any material which have ability to sustain reproduction activity, such as Spirulina. This study was held to evaluate and analyze combination between S. Platensis added in feed and Oodev (containing PMSG+antidopamin) injection on tilapia reproduction performance. Tilapia as object of this study represented unsyncronize fish. S. platensis consist of many importance nutrients for reproduction, such as high essential fatty acid and high protein. Oodev consist of PMSG containing Folicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) that has important role in early maturation or vitellogenesis. The doses of S. Platensis added were 0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%. The doses of Oodev injected were 0 IU/kg and 10 IU/kg. Thereby, total treatments were eight combinations. The parameters that observed were egg diameter, fecundity, hatching rate, survival rate, spawning frequency, spawning time, egg quality, and larvae quality. In conclusion, the addition of S. platensis in feed and Oodev injection concurrently able to increase tilapia reproduction performance and total spawned fish. Based on this study, the best treatment was combination of S. platensis addition 2% and Oodev 10 IU/kg which showed average egg diameter 2.93 mm,average fecundity 1114 eggs/200 g body weight, average hatching rate 99.6%, and average larvae survival rate 93.5%. Egg and larvae protein respectively 62.49% and 65.5%.
