The blue print of meat self-sufficiency program in 2014 shows that beef self-sufficiency can be achieved in 2014. The increasing of the productivity of local cattle is one of attempt to achieve meat self-sufficiency. Productivity of local cattle can be decreased because of parasitic helmint infection. Chi-square Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID) method and logistic regression analysis are the approach that can be used to determine the factors causing the infection of cattle by parasitic helmint. The CHAID result in this research was tree diagram. It showed that the grazing area had the strongest association for the occurence of parasitic helmint infection. The result showed that the sensitifity values was 69.80%, specificity values was 50.30% and the classification accuracy overall was 60.60%. In addition, the overall logistic regression analysis obtained 63.80% for classification accuracy percentage with 69.80% for sensitifity value and 57.20% for the specificity value.en
