Green roof is one of a way to make an environmental building because it can reduce the use of fossil fuel and CO2 pollution. Nowadays green roof has been used in several countries to reduce an environmental impact from building which can worse the condition of thermal comfort. This research was conducted to find out the thermal comfort conditions of class room B1 belongs to the Faculty of Economics and management (FEM), IPB. This research purpose are to know about the existing condition of the classroom B1 thermal comfort and to comparing the thermal comfort of the room if the building use a green roof, and then make an optimalization of the wall openings. Green roof convered by a kind of landscape schrub which call pineapple. In this research has been analysed temperature, humidity, and air flow in several height using a simulation technique base on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The simulation is carried out using the program SolidWorks 2012. This research result show that the highest temperature at 13.00 PM showed 30,37°C, humidity 77,44%, and air flow 0,014 m/s. The thermal comfort using the green roof are temperature 28,48°C and humidity 75,19%. The thermal comfort with wall opening are temperature 27,97°C and humidity 50,02%. The standard for thermal comfort room that is 22-29°C, humidity 30-50%.en
