The main purpose of this research is to estimate the Exploitation Rate and Mortality Rate of squid, the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY), the Maximum Economic Yield (MEY), Open Access Yield (OA), and to make the management plan. The methods used in this research are method Production Surplus and Bio-Economy Analysis. Data used in this research are primary data which consists of the data of length and weight of squids, and operational cost of fishing, and secondary data which consists of amount of fish product, and the fishing effort which are taken from PPN Karangantu. The result of the research showed that based on the length of squid (Loligo sp) which catched around the Banten Bay, and which landed to Karangantu National Fishing Harbor (PPN) have been occurred overfishing. This matter can be seen by the result of Exploitation Rate (0.7545) that reached over the optimum exploitation rate. This overfishing caused by fishing mortality that more than natural mortality. This matter can also be seen by the amount of fish product, and the fishing effort in PPN Karangantu that squid (Loligo sp) has been occurred an overfishing by the bio-economic point of view because of the actual data result of effort value has got the more rate result than MSY and MEY effort rate, so the fishing result has decreased and the profit is not optimum.
