| dc.description.abstract | The internship was conducted at Bangun Koling Estate (BKLE), Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, Central Kalimantan during from Februari to Juni 2013. The internship activities aimed adding experience out and learn the management of palm oil plantation especially fertilization management. Collection of data and information carried out by the direct and indirect method. The observation was made is fertilizer effectineness that consist of type, time of application, method and dose of fertilzer. The observation of the efficiency of fertilizer consist of labor and cost efficiency.
