Saguling is one of five reservoirs built in the Citarum Watershed that potentially contain heavy metals such as Pb. In the process this Pb will be concentrated in the bodies of organisms. That are cultured in the reservoirs such as catfish (Pangasius djambal), and then accumulated. The liver is the organ, where most heavy metals accumulated and potentialy cause necrosis, fibrosis, and cirrhosis. This study becauses analyze the content of Pb accumulated and its effect on liver tissue. It was conducted in 2012, by taking samples form three stations representing the inlet, middle and outlet of the reservoirs. Pb content was extracted with perochloric acid 70-72% and sulfat acid analyzed with AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer). The Pb concentration obtained ranged from 8-16.4 mg / Kg, witch already exceeded the SNI 2009 quality standard for food. Liver tissue damage is inflammation and necrosisen
