Internship activities were conducted in order to improve the knowledge, skills, field experience, and aims to analyze the factors that affect the productivity of oil palm, covering plant age, harvest labor, rainfall, and rainy day. Internship activities were conducted at Sei Air Hitam Estate, Perdana Inti Sawit Perkasa Corporation, Rokan Hulu, Riau Province in February-June 2013. The multiple linear regression model is used to analyze the palm oil productivity. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age of the plant, harvest labor, rainfall, and rainy day, significantly affected the productivity of oil palm with coefficient of determination 79.8%. Classical assumption test which is conducted on the model suggests that there is no autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and the data has been normally distributed, so that the model is feasible.en
