Analisis Pendugaan Limpasan di Perumahan Tamansari Persada, Bogor
Abstract
Runoff is affected by various factors, i.e., meteorological factor represented by precipitation and regional flow factor stated the regional drainage physical properties. The change in land characteristics from natural land into developed land will reduce the absorption function in catchment areas and increase runoff. The situation could lead to the occurrence of flood if the planning of drainage at a residential area is not good. It often happens in Tamansari Persada Residence in Bogor. A study was conducted with the objective to identify the direction of runoff (incoming flow and outgoing flow) and to predict runoff in the Tamansari Persada Residence. The methods used in this study were literature review and field study. The material used included Google Earth satellite image acquisition of September 12, 2012, the rainfall data from Atang Sanjaya Weather Station at Bogor from 2003 until 2012 and topographic contour map of the residence. From the observation and analysis, the direction of runoff in the Tamansari Persada Residence followed the topographic from the south to the north. The total discharge of runoff reached 1.31 m3 s-1 in the area of 27.98 ha.
