      Distribusi Logam Berat Timbal (Pb) dalam Daging Ikan Sapu-sapu (Pterygoplichthys pardalis) di Sungai Ciliwung

      Abstract
      Suckermouth catfish (Pterygoplichthys pardalis) is an introducted fish that found in a variety of inland waters including Ciliwung River. Ciliwung river also receives pollution loads, including heavy metals, therefore it is suggested that fish in the river has been contaminated by heavy metal. The objective of this study is to determine the concentration of lead in suckermouth and provide recommendation on river management. The fish were collected from Bogor, Depok, and Jakarta, representing upstream, middle, and downstream of the river. Lead concentration in flesh with AAS instrumental. The results showed that the content of Pb in fish at Bogor, Depok and Jakarta are 2.63 ± 1.43, 3.45 ± 2.42, and 2.64 ± 1.88 mg/kg. In addition the content of metal in sediment showed higher values from upstream to downstream, they are 7.23, 7.97 and 8.90 mg/kg. Monitoring data from BPLHD Jakarta (2011), Pb metal content in the water is <0.023 mg/l. Lead content in fish flesh passed quality standard, so it is not suitable for consumption. Potential source of lead pollution at the site is garbage and vehicles, so that source control should be improved
       
      Ikan sapu-sapu (Pterygoplichthys pardalis) merupakan ikan introduksi yang sudah ditemukan di berbagai perairan umum termasuk sungai Ciliwung. Sungai Ciliwung banyak menerima beban pencemaran, termasuk logam berat, sehingga diduga ikan-ikan yang ada di dalamnya sudah terkontaminasi logam berat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan timbal (Pb) dalam tubuh ikan sapu-sapu, serta memberikan rekomendasi pengelolaan di Sungai Ciliwung. Ikan sapu-sapu ditangkap dari tiga lokasi yaitu Bogor (hulu), Depok (tengah), dan Jakarta (hilir). Logam Pb dianalisa dari daging ikan sapu-sapu dengan metode AAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan Pb pada ikan di stasiun Bogor, Depok dan Jakarta yaitu sebesar 2.63 ± 1.43, 3.45 ± 2.42, dan 2.64 ± 1.88 mg/kg. Sementara kandungan logam dalam sedimen menunjukkan nilai yang meningkat dari hulu ke hilir yaitu sebesar 7.23, 7.97, dan 8.90 mg/kg. Data monitoring BPLHD Jakarta (2011), kandungan logam Pb di perairan adalah <0.023 mg/l. Kandungan Pb dalam daging ikan telah melewati baku mutu, sehingga sudah tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi. Sumber potensi pencemaran logam Pb di lokasi adalah sampah dan kendaraan yang berbahan bakar timbal, sehingga pengawasan terhadap sumber tersebut harus ditingkatkan.
