Analisis Permintaan Wisata dan Strategi Pengembangan Agrowisata Cilangkap Jakarta Timur

Abstract

Agro tourism, as one of types of tourism, is now being potentially developed in Indonesia. This type of tourism is a nature-based area which is more attractive particularly for the urban society. Agrowisata Cilangkap is one of tourisms which is based on nature and sited in East Jakarta. It offers a beauty of nature and fresh air for the visitors in which it would affect a higher tourism demand. Moreover, Agrowisata Cilangkap would have more positive impacts for its environment and society. Nevertheless, it has not been optimally developed yet, especially for water tourism and agrotourism segmentation. In fact, there is a lack of attention in developing both of tourism activities in that area, and also there is no entry fee for the visitors who visit the area. With the open access condition, it tend to damage the resource and environment in the area. Therefore, a study on analyzing tourism demand and development strategy of Agrowisata Cilangkap is needed to conduct. The analysis is done by using econometric model of analysis to analyze the tourism demand, and the SWOT analysis to analyze the development strategy of Agrowisata Cilangkap
