dc.description.abstractInternship activities carried out at Sarawak Damai Estate (SDME), Windu Nabatindo Lestari Corporation, Central Kalimantan, starting from February 13th to May 13th, 2012. Implementation of internship aims to analyze the factors that affect the productivity of oil palm which covering factors such as rainfall, air temperature, humidity, wind speed, day length, plant age, and harvest labor. Multiple linear regression analysis model is use for data analysis. Result from analysis of productivity at Sarawak Damai Estate shows that air temperature, plant age and the harvest labor in the 24 months before harvest have significant effect to productivity. The influence of the variables on productivity is similar for 2010 and 2011.en
