The global climate change causing concerns and challenges ahead in improving the productivity of rice continuously. Increasing the temperature of the earth causes increased salinity on land around the beach due to rising sea levels. Anticipatory measures and strategically to deal with these changes is improve the nature of rice tolerant to high salinity through genetic engineering approaches. OsDREB1A and OsERF1 is a specific transcription factor genes of plants that a role in inducing other genes that responsible regulate response to stress salinity. This study aims to analyze response tolerance transgenic rice Nipponbare- OsDREB1A and Nipponbare-OsERF1 to high salinity. Analysis carried out by polymerase chain techniques reaction (PCR) using primers HPT and for selection used NaCl concentration 25 mM and 150 mM. Results treatment of 25 mM NaCl stress obtained 38 plants positive transgenic gene contains factors OsDREB1A and OsERF1 transcription of 48 plants putative transgenic with high growth characteristics of plants and root length was better than the wild type. Results selection of 150 mM NaCl stress obtained 23 plants positive transgenic of 29 plants putative transgenic with characteristics can lead a normal life when all types of wild rice dead.
