Most people consider allergic is not dangerous. However in some cases may cause death. Allergic has been suspected to relate with immunoglobulin E (IgE) formation, followed by the release of histamine and other cells mediator, until the symptom occur. In this research, the effect of ovalbumin induction on allergic reaction was studied. The used guinea pigs were divided into control (K) and ovalbumin treatment groups, each containing three guinea pigs. Animals were adapted for 14 days then 40 days albumin induced for allergic reaction. Guinea pig’s blood were taken after 40 days sensitization and injected back (anafilaksis cutaneous pasif) to the animals. Evans blue were given after 48 hours serum injection, to obtain bluish spot formation for symptom observation. Research showed that ovalbumin induced allergic reaction. Anafilaksis cutaneous passive testing showed that the bluish diameter didn’t occure on guinea pig’s back, but the allergic effect occurred tend to systemic effect.
