Pepper productivity of Indonesia is 6.3 ton/ha in 2008, which could be increased up to 12-20 ton/ha. One of strategy to improve productivity is development of superior variety via hybridization and selection process that need information of inheritance pattern and heritability value. This research studied the pattern of inheritance of morphologic and agronomic traits in the crossing of double haploid of big pepper (Tit-Super) and curly pepper (Laris), F1, and F2 population. Morphologic traits that included main stem color, node color, flower position, leaf color, leaf shape, and plant growth habit were segregating in F2 TS x LR population. Each trait was controlled by at least two genes. Agronomic traits that included 30 days after planting height, days to flowering, days to fruiting, plant height, main stem length, fruit diameter, fruit weight, and number of seed per unit fruit were segregating with high variability. It was indicated that the traits were controlled by poly genes. Based on agronomic trait: fruit per plant, fruit diameter, and fruit weight which have higher viability and heritability value (>82.9%) could be selected ten individual from 99 plants with high index selection from F2 TS x LR population
