| dc.description.abstract | The internship programe was conducted at Blawan Estate, PTPN XII, Bondowoso, East Java for three months from February 13th until May 13th 2012. The purpose of this internship program is to improve technical and managerial skill. This internship programe was conducted using direct and indirect method, by followed all of the practices in the field, field plantation observation, and discussion with staf (direct method). The information were collected including primary and secondary data. Pruning criteria, plant condition, labour achievement, pruning time, and bud growing rapidity was collected as primary data. Pruning could decrease the intensity and severity of antracnose. However, management pruning of orange could not implementable as SOP (Standart Operating Prosedure). | en |
