Building Information Modeling is the process of managing building data during the construction cycle. In this research Building Information Modeling (BIM) by using Tekla Structures software version 17 was applied on a three floors building of Fahutan IPB. This software has many good advantages in order to be considered as the best one solution in solving civil engineering problems. This research objective was to apply one BIM software to model the three floors building of Fahutan IPB in 3D and 4D, and to present the integrated information aspects of that building by using Tekla Structures software. In modeling the building, it required the as built drawing and schedule which was obtained from the Directorate of Facilities and Property of IPB. The building modeling process in this study was first started by drawing the structure such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement and followed by the implementation of schedule for each job structure. The result was four dimensions (4D) modeling that was poured in 3D modeling with contained scheduling features in one file of Tekla Structures. This research produced information that represented in Tekla Structures software such as building dimensions, volume of material, and output of project implementation schedule.en
