dc.description.abstractPeneliian ini bertujuan untuk: I) memperoleh informasi dan menjelaskan tentang keragaman genetik 19 aksesi tanaman garut yang berasal dari beberapa daerah; 2) memperoleh informasi tentang perbedaan morfologi 19 aksesi tanaman garut; 3) memperoleh informasi tentang keragaman tanggap tanaman garut terhadap naungan dan tanpa naungan; 4) mendapatkan aksesi tanaman garut yang suka cahaya penuh atau tanpa naungan dan suka naungan.id
dc.description.abstractThe genetic diversity of 19 arrowroot accession and respons to sun light intensities have been analyzed by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and morphology variation. The morphologycal analysis was conducted under different sunlight intensities by split plot block design and three replications. The main plot is sunlight intensities (55 percent shading and non shading) and the subplots areaccessions of arrowroot.en
