These activities are ::s imp§ftance; it can be seen from the contribution of fishery sector for Regional Gro~s Domestic Product of Tanjabtim Regency. It was the second largest after co min&g sector. In the future, artisanal fishery with it limitation will have a challenge from oil and gas activity. In this case, the local government should paid more an attention to create conducive condition on human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital and financial capital.
