Faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku komunikasi partisipatif fasilitator (kasus pnpm mandiri di kota bandar lampung)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were : to observe participatory communication behavior of PNPM’ facilitator ; to analyze the relationship among facilitator charachteristics and their participatory behavior ; to analyze the relationship of role facilitator toward their participatory communication behavior in PNPM’ goup promoting in Bandar Lampung. Population of sample was facilitator in Bandar Lampung. Sample were chosen from the whole facilitator, amounted 38 facilitators. Result of study indicated that the characteristics of facilitator influencing their participatory communication behavior. And also the role influencing their participatory communication behavior. From those variabels, the experience did not relate to giving acces, and informal education also did not relate to problem solving dialog.
