| dc.description.abstract | Nanopartikel ketoprofen dapat digunakan untuk membuat sistem pengantaran terkendali ketoprofen. Komposisi material dan metode pembuatan nanopartikel yang digunakan berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan nanopartikel ketoprofen. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat nanopartikel ketoprofen dengan meragamkan konsentrasi kitosan, alginat, dan tripolifosfat (TPP) serta mencirikan efisiensi penyalutan ketoprofen dan ukuran nanopartikel. Nanopartikel ketoprofen dibuat dengan metode ultrasonikasi dan sentrifugasi. Efisiensi penyalutan ketoprofen ditentukan dengan analisis spektrofotometri ultraviolet, sedangkan analisis morfologi dan ukuran nanopartikel ditentukan dengan menggunakan mikroskop elektron payaran. Formula terbaik diperoleh pada komposisi kitosan 1.50% (b/v), alginat 0.625% (b/v), dan TPP 4.0% (b/v). Efisiensi dan jumlah nanopartikel formula tersebut berturut-turut 78.84% dan 26.81%. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Ketoprofen nanoparticle can be used to make a controlled delivery system of ketoprofen. Material composition and preparation method are influent to formation of ketoprofen nanoparticle. The purpose of this research were to produce ketoprofen nanoparticle with variation of chitosan, alginate, and tripolyphosphate (TPP) concentration and to determine the encapsulation efficiency of ketoprofen and the nanoparticle size. Ketoprofen nanoparticles were produced by ultrasonication and sentrifugation methods. Ketoprofen encapsulation efficiency was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry analysis and nanoparticle size with scanning electron microscope. The best formula was obtained with the composition of 1.50% (w/v) chitosan, 0.625% (w/v) alginat, and 4.0% (w/v) TPP. The encapsulation efficiency and nanoparticle size were 78.84 % and 26.81 %, respectively. | en |
