Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the loxicopathological effect of ether extract MOrin,a oleikra Lamk. Leaf were given to mice orally for j consecutive cWys. The toxicopathological study was conducted based on the gross and histopatological lesion of lhe internal organ include brain, lungs, heart, stomach, intestine, spleen and kidney. Twenty DDY strain mice, male, age 2 to 3 months old with 18-30 grams weight were devided into four groups. There were the control groups and 3 treatment groups which received 2,5%, 5%, 10% LD50 (Lethality Dose 50) dose ~f ether extract Moringa oleifera Lamk. The LD50 dosein mice was obtainedfrom the previous study accounledfor 16,89 grl kg body weight. Gross lesion only observed within liVer of group IV mice which showed black spot.'i.
