dc.description.abstractKondisi hipoestrogenis pada wanita peri- dan pascamenopause sangat berkaitan dengan rendahnya massa tulang dan perubahan mikroarsitektur tulang, mengarah ke penyakit osteoporosis. Penelitian terdahulu melaporkan bahwa paparan sinar lampu UV B terhadap Mecaca fascicularis hipoestrogenis maupun mengendalikan keseimbangan remodeling tulang melalui pemeriksaan kimia darah, namun hal ini belum dikaji lebih jauh pada tingkat seluler.en
dc.description.abstractHypoestrogenic condition in pre and post-menopausal women has been related to decreased in bone mass and microstructure changes leading to osteoporosis. Previous study reported that exposure of UV ẞ rays from fluorescent lamps was able to maintained the equilibrium of bone remodeling at the biochemical marker, however microstructure changes at cellular level has not been evaluated yet.
