dc.description.abstractParasitic worm is one of pathogen cause decrease host immune mechanism, host pathological changes and economic loss. This study aimed to (1) identification of parasitic worm (2) histopathological changes, and (3) leukocyte differentiation of parasitic worm infestated Pinkspotted Shrimp Goby fish. Thirty two specimens of fish were collected from Seribu Islands. The specimens were weighted (grams) and measured (cm). Blood smear stain with hemacolor reagent was used to evaluate leucocytes differentiation. Tissue samples of gill and intestine stain with Hematoxyllin Eosin (HE) were used to observe general changes on Pinkspotted Shrimp Goby fish.en
