dc.description.abstractThe research was aimed to study the upland rice response of shading, which was conducted in two stage studies, as followed: firstly, the analysis of agronomical and morphophysiological characteristics using a split plot design, shading as main plot and genotype/variety as sub plot, and arranged in a block randomized design in three replications. Secondly, study was aimed to find out the specific protein characterization of upland rice as affected by shading using a completely randomized design with two factors in three replications. First factor was shading and second factor was variety.en
