dc.description.abstract | Kopyor coconut is a mutant that cannot be propagated by conventional technique. Morphologically kopyor coconut cannot be differentiated from normal coconut. The aims of these studies were to improve efficiency of coconut zygotic embryo culture and to develop a protocol for clonal propagation through somatic embryogenesis. Moreover, the study was to design a molecular marker to differentiate kopyor coconut from normal one.
