dc.description.abstract | Androgenesis via anther or microspore culture is one of important technological breakthrough in producing plant homozygous lines. Conventially, producing the plants is laborious and time consuming. More or less 219 haploid technology protocols for 33 species were established. Ninety percent (90%) of them was established via anther culture and 8% through microscope culture. | |
