dc.description.abstractIndonesia merupakan negara yang rawan gempa bumi, sehingga bangunan gedung, termasuk fasilitas pendidikan dengan kategori risiko tinggi, perlu dievaluasi kinerja seismiknya untuk memastikan keamanan penghuni saat terjadi gempa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respons dinamik struktur, skema pembentukan sendi plastis, serta tingkat kinerja dan daktilitas gedung FEM IPB (Wing Departemen Ilmu Ekonomi) menggunakan analisis pushover berdasarkan ketentuan ATC-40, dengan pemodelan struktur berdasarkan data as built drawing menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter respons dinamik struktur telah memenuhi ketentuan SNI 1726:2019, dan sendi plastis terbentuk lebih dahulu pada elemen balok sebelum kolom sesuai prinsip kolom kuat-balok lemah. Struktur mencapai performance point pada rasio simpangan atap sebesar 0,6% pada kedua arah, sehingga dikategorikan pada tingkat kinerja Immediate Occupancy, dengan nilai rasio daktilitas sebesar 3,33 (arah X) dan 3,00 (arah Y) yang termasuk kategori daktilitas sedang. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa gedung eksisting memiliki kinerja seismik yang baik dan dapat tetap difungsikan pascagempa dengan kerusakan struktural minimal
dc.description.abstractIndonesia is highly prone to earthquakes, making it essential to evaluate the seismic performance of buildings, particularly educational facilities with high risk categories, to ensure occupant safety during seismic events. This study aims to analyze the dynamic response, plastic hinge formation scheme, and performance level and ductility of the FEM IPB building (Wing of the Department of Economics) using pushover analysis based on ATC-40 provisions, with the structure modeled based on as built drawing data using ETABS software. The results show that all dynamic response parameters comply with SNI 1726:2019 requirements, and plastic hinges formed first in beam elements before columns, consistent with the strong column-weak beam principle. The structure reached its performance point at a roof drift ratio of 0.6% in both directions, categorizing it under the Immediate Occupancy performance level, with ductility ratios of 3.33 (Xdirection) and 3.00 (Y-direction), classified as moderate ductility. These results indicate that the existing building exhibits good seismic performance and remains functional post-earthquake with minimal structural damage.
