ALLIECCIA TESSALOIKA WIJAYA. Penguatan Manajemen Risiko Pembiayaan melalui Pengembangan Early Warning System Digital pada Produk Surety Bond. Dibimbing oleh UDING SASTRAWAN.
Perusahaan penjaminan berperan dalam mengelola risiko proyek melalui penerbitan surety bond. Namun, analisis manual berpotensi menimbulkan human error, subjektivitas, dan ketidakkonsistenan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses penjaminan, mengembangkan aplikasi 5C Risk Analyzer berbasis website sebagai Early Warning System (EWS), serta mengevaluasi implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil logistic regression menunjukkan bahwa tarif penjaminan, imbal jasa penjaminan, dan periode proyek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat risiko. Aplikasi mampu mempercepat analisis dari 3–5 hari menjadi 30–60 menit, mengurangi human error, serta meningkatkan objektivitas dan dokumentasi sesuai SOP. Dengan demikian, aplikasi mendukung penguatan manajemen risiko dan pengambilan keputusan dalam penerbitan surety bond.

ALLIECCIA TESSALOIKA WIJAYA. Strengthening Financing Risk Management through the Development of a Digital Early Warning System for Surety Bond Products. Supervised by UDING SASTRAWAN.
Guarantee companies play a role in managing project risks through the issuance of Surety Bonds. However, manual analysis has the potential to lead to human error, subjectivity, and inconsistency. This study aims to analyze the guarantee process, develop a website-based 5C risk analyzer application as an Early Warning System (EWS), and evaluate its implementation. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews, documentation, and application development. Logistic regression results show that guarantee rates, guarantee fees, and project period significantly influence risk levels. The application can accelerate analysis from 3–5 days to 30–60 minutes, reduce human error, and improve objectivity and documentation according to SOPs. Thus, the application supports strengthening risk management and decision-making in surety bond issuance.
