      Abstract
      Naufal Rizqi Fakhri. Strategi Peningkatan Pemanfaatan Wisata Pantai Rengge Pulau Pari Kepulauan Seribu Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Dibimbing oleh FREDINAN YULIANDA dan ARIO DAMAR Pulau Pari merupakan salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Seribu yang memiliki potensi wisata pesisir yang tinggi, salah satunya Pantai Rengge yang berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai kawasan ekowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan ekowisata di Pantai Rengge, Pulau Pari. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September hingga November 2025 menggunakan data primer berupa pengukuran kondisi biofisik pantai dan wawancarai terhadap 30 wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur dan laporan instansi terkait. Kesesuaian sumberdaya wisata Pantai berdasarkan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Rengge termasuk dalam kategori sesuai dengan daya dukung kawasan (DDK) sebesar 42 orang/hari. Rata-rata nilai Willingness to Pay (WTP) wisatawan sebesar Rp10.500 per orang dengan potensi penerimaan sebesar Rp50.925.000. Strategi pengembangan ekowisata yang direkomendasikan meliputi pengembangan potensi wisata, penguatan tata kelola, penguatan kelembagaan masyarakat, serta peningkatan kualitas fasilitas dan lingkungan guna mendukung pengelolaan wisata yang berkelanjutan.
       
      Naufal Rizqi Fakhri. Development Strategies for Enhancing the Utilization of Rengge Beach Tourism, Pari Island, Seribu Islands, Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Supervised by FREDINAN YULIANDA and ARIO DAMAR Pari Island is one of the islands in the Thousand Islands Regency that has high coastal tourism potential, one of which is Rengge Beach, which has the potential to be developed as an ecotourism area. This study aimed to analyze the potential and formulate an ecotourism development strategy for Rengge Beach, Pari Island. The research was conducted from September to November 2025 using primary data obtained through measurements of the beach’s biophysical conditions and interviews with 30 tourists selected using purposive sampling, as well as secondary data obtained from relevant literature and institutional reports. The suitability of Rengge Beach’s tourism resources, based on the Tourism Suitability Index (TSI), was categorized as suitable, with a carrying capacity of 42 visitors per day. The average tourists’ Willingness to Pay (WTP) was IDR 10,500 per person, with a potential revenue of IDR 50,925,000. The recommended ecotourism development strategies include the development of tourism potential, the strengthening of governance systems, the empowerment of community institutions, and the improvement of facilities and environmental quality to support sustainable tourism.
