      Pengaruh Pencucian di Lahan Terdampak Rob dengan Budidaya Jenuh Air pada Beberapa Varietas Jagung

      Abstract
      Jagung merupakan komoditas penting di Indonesia dengan kebutuhan yang terus meningkat seiring meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk. Peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan lahan marginal seperti lahan terdampak rob dengan cekaman salinitas tinggi. Budidaya jenuh air (BJA) merupakan metode budidaya dengan menjaga kondisi tanah tetap jenuh air untuk menekan akumulasi garam di area perakaran. Pencucian tanah dilakukan untuk melarutkan dan mengurangi kadar garam pada area perakaran tanaman. Penggunaan varietas adaptif diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produksi jagung pada lahan salin. Penelitian dilaksanakan Juli–November 2025 di lahan salinitas tinggi Desa Degayu, Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara, Kota Pekalongan dan lahan salinitas rendah Desa Sumub Lor, Kecamatan Sragi, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan RKLT Split-plot dengan dua faktor, yaitu tanpa pencucian dan pencucian 6,6 mm minggu-1 pada umur 8, 9 dan 10 MST sebagai petak utama, serta empat varietas jagung yaitu Sumo Sakti, Pioneer-27, Bisi-18, dan Bima-20 sebagai anak petak. Perlakuan pencucian tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap sebagian besar parameter, namun terdapat interaksi positif dengan varietas Bisi-18 pada bobot kering daun umur 10 MST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Bisi-18 menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tertinggi. Varietas Bisi-18 menghasilkan produktivitas tertinggi pada lahan salinitas tinggi sebesar 6,23 ton ha-1 dan mencapai 8,57 ton ha-1 dengan perlakuan pencucian.
       
      Maize is an important commodity in Indonesia with ever-increasing demand in line with population growth. Production improvement can be achieved through the utilization of marginal lands, such as tidal flood-affected areas with high salinity constraints. Saturated soil culture (SSC) is a cultivation method that maintains soil in saturated water condition to suppress salt accumulation in the root zone. Soil leaching is carried out to dissolve and reduce salt content in the plant root zone. The use of adaptive varieties is expected to enhance maize production on saline land. The study was conducted from July to November 2025 on high-salinity land in Degayu Village, North Pekalongan District, Pekalongan City, and low-salinity land in Sumub Lor Village, Sragi District, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java. The study employed a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with split-plot arrangement consisting of two factors: no leaching and leaching at 6.6 mm week-1 applied at 8, 9, and 10 weeks after planting (WAP) as the main plot, and four maize varieties Sumo Sakti, Pioneer-27, Bisi-18, and Bima-20 as the subplots. The leaching treatment had no significant effect on most parameters, a positive interaction was observed with the Bisi-18 variety on leaf dry weight at 10 WAP. The results showed that Bisi-18 produced the highest growth and yield. Bisi-18 achieved the highest productivity on saline land at 6.23 ton ha-1, which increased to 8.57 ton ha-1 under the leaching treatment.
