| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pertumbuhan vegetatif, karakter
generatif, serta kualitas fisik dan kimia tiga varietas anggur introduksi (Ilaria, Goz
V, dan Jupiter) di greenhouse Agribusiness and Technology Park (ATP) IPB.
Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan tiga
taraf perlakuan dan empat ulangan, serta menerapkan sistem pembentukan batang
single cordon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas berpengaruh berbeda
nyata hingga sangat nyata pada sebagian besar karakter generatif dan kualitas fisik
buah, namun tidak berbeda nyata pada karakter kimia buah. Varietas Jupiter
menunjukkan performa generatif terbaik dengan jumlah cabang, cabang berbunga,
jumlah daun, dan jumlah klaster tertinggi. Sementara itu, varietas Ilaria
menghasilkan bobot dan lebar buah terbesar, serta Goz V memiliki buah paling
panjang. Secara kimiawi, Jupiter cenderung memiliki padatan terlarut total (17,5
?Brix), vitamin C (41,80 mg/100g), dan rasio PTT tertinggi (43,90). Secara
keseluruhan, Jupiter berpotensi terbaik untuk produktivitas dan mutu konsumsi,
sedangkan Ilaria dan Goz V unggul pada karakter fisik buah. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to evaluate the vegetative growth, generative characteristics,
and physical and chemical quality of three introduced grape varieties (Ilaria, Goz
V, and Jupiter) in the Agribusiness and Technology Park (ATP) IPB greenhouse.
The research employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with a single factor,
three treatment levels, and four replications, using a single cordon stem training
system. The results showed that the varieties had significantly to highly
significantly different effects on most generative characteristics and physical fruit
qualities, but no significant differences were found in the chemical characteristics
of the fruit. The Jupiter variety exhibited the best generative performance, with the
highest number of branches, flowering branches, leaves, and clusters. Meanwhile,
the Ilaria variety produced the heaviest and widest fruits, and Goz V had the longest
fruits. Chemically, Jupiter tended to have the highest total soluble solids (17,5
?Brix), vitamin C content (41,80 mg/100g), and TSS ratio (43,90). Overall, Jupiter
has the best potential for productivity and consumption quality, while Ilaria and
Goz V excel in the physical characteristics of the fruit. | |
