The greenhouse environment, characterized by high humidity and relatively stable microclimatic conditions, not only supports orchid growth but also provides a suitable habitat for various associated organisms. These organisms may function as pests, predators, or decomposers, thereby influencing ecosystem balance and plant health. Various groups of arthropods and mollusks were found associated with orchids in the orchid greenhouse of Bogor Botanical Gardens, including the spider Crossopriza sp., the oribatid mite Atropacarus sp., the centipede Lamyctes coeculus, the springtail Lepidocyrtus sp., the scale insect Ceroplastes sp., the ant Tetramorium sp., and the snails Zonitoides arboreus and Subulina octona. These organisms showed different habitat preferences on plant parts and growing media, and exhibited diverse ecological roles as pests, predators, and decomposers. Community structure was characterized by low species diversity (H' < 1.0) and high dominance of certain groups, indicating an uneven distribution of individuals among species. These findings suggest that microhabitat conditions play an important role in shaping the composition and structure of the organism community associated with orchids, providing essential information for the management and sustainable conservation of orchid collections
