      Pemodelan Genangan Banjir dan Penerapan Konservasi Air Sebagai Upaya Reduksi Debit Banjir pada Sub-DAS Kemang

      Abstract
      Sub-DAS Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor, mengalami banjir akibat dominasi lahan terbangun dan tingginya limpasan permukaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik hidrologi dan hidraulika, memodelkan genangan menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.6, serta mengevaluasi teknik konservasi air. Wilayah penelitian dibagi menjadi dua catchment area. Debit puncak periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 2,059 dan 2,668 m³/detik, sedangkan kondisi ekstrem sebesar 3,462 dan 4,486 m³/detik. Pemodelan menghasilkan dengan titik kritis river station 221 dan 421 pada aliran 1 dan river station 576 pada aliran 2. Penerapan 350 dan 450 sumur resapan pada catchment area 1 dan 2. Kombinasi sumur resapan, depression storage, dan kolam retensi menghasilkan efektivitas pengelolaan volume 100% dan 55,4% serta menurunkan muka air sebesar 0,12 m dan 0,22 m pada catchment area 1 dan 2 dan kolam retensi berhasil menunda aliran (delay) hingga 1,29 jam pada catchment area 1. Pada titik kritis dari kedua aliran dilakukan mitigasi tambahan yaitu, peninggian tanggul dan normalisasi slope sehingga dapat mencegah potensi genangan banjir pada periode ulang 5 tahun.
       
      The Kemang Sub-Watershed in Bogor Regency experiences flooding due to high surface runoff and extensive built-up areas. This study analyzed hydrological and hydraulic characteristics, modeled flood inundation using HEC-RAS 6.6, and evaluated water conservation techniques. The study area consisted of two catchment areas, with peak discharges of 2.059 and 2.668 m³/s for the 5-year return period and 3.462 and 4.486 m³/s under the extreme scenario. Critical points were identified at river stations 221 and 421 in Flow 1 and 576 in Flow 2. The implementation of 350 and 450 infiltration wells, combined with depression storage and a retention pond, achieved volume management effectiveness of 100% and 55.4% and reduced flood water levels by 0.12 m and 0.22 m, respectively. The retention pond delayed flow by up to 1.29 hours in Catchment Area 1. Additional mitigation through embankment elevation and slope normalization prevented potential flooding under the 5-year return period.
