ALIVIA PUTRI RAMADHANI. Business Unit Development through the Establishment of an Artisan Tea Beverage Outlet at PT Sila Agri Inovasi. Supervised by LENI LIDYA.
PT Sila Agri Inovasi is a specialty tea manufacturing company focusing on the business-to-business (B2B) market through the sale of dried tea products. This study aims to design a business model for an artisan tea beverage outlet using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and evaluate its feasibility from non-financial and financial perspectives. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews during an internship at PT Sila Agri Inovasi, supported by secondary data. The BMC analysis identified productive-age consumers as the target market, offering artisan milk tea and tea mocktails made from Indonesian specialty tea through physical outlets and online delivery platforms. The non-financial analysis indicates that the business is feasible. Financial analysis resulted in a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 297,414,249, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 59%, a Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C) of 3.40, a Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (Gross B/C) of 1.09, and a Payback Period of 2 years, 7 months, and 21 days. Overall, the proposed business unit is considered feasible from both non-financial and financial perspectives.
