| dc.description.abstract | Sulfida dalam air limbah laboratorium mudah mengalami oksidasi dan volatilisasi selama penyimpanan sehingga diperlukan pengawetan untuk menjaga kestabilan konsentrasinya sebelum analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi konsentrasi zink asetat terhadap stabilitas sulfida selama penyimpanan lima minggu, menentukan konsentrasi yang paling efektif, serta mengkaji pola perubahannya. Pengawetan dilakukan menggunakan zink asetat dan NaOH hingga pH = 9 sesuai metode pengawetan sulfida SNI 6989.75:2009.
Konsentrasi sulfida dianalisis dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 664 nm berdasarkan pembentukan kompleks metilen biru. Hasil validasi metode menunjukkan nilai akurasi sebesar 101,47%, presisi sebesar 0,94% untuk sampel inlet dan 0,93% untuk sampel outlet, LOD sebesar 31 × 10?5 ppm, LOQ sebesar 93 × 10?5 ppm, serta koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,9994. Variasi konsentrasi zink asetat dan lama penyimpanan memengaruhi kestabilan sulfida, sedangkan zink asetat 1,0 M memberikan efektivitas terbaik dalam mempertahankan konsentrasi sulfida selama penyimpanan 5 minggu. | |

acetate concentrations on sulfide stability over a five-week storage period, determine the most effective concentration, and examine the patterns of change. Preservation was carried out using zinc acetate and NaOH to achieve a pH = 9, in accordance with the SNI 6989.75:2009 sulfide preservation method. Sulfide concentrations were analyzed via UV-Vis spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 664 nm, based on the formation of a methylene blue complex.
