Kecamatan Ulubelu menghadapi tantangan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan akibat mayoritas masyarakat yang bergantung pada komoditas kopi sebagai satu-satunya sumber penghidupan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor keberlanjutan penghidupan serta dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan KUPS Margo Rukun Bestari. Data diperoleh melalui metode sensus terhadap 14 orang penerima manfaat langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai keberlanjutan penghidupan penerima manfaat sebesar 3,93 dengan kategori baik. Secara ekonomi, seluruh unit usaha yang dijalankan memperoleh keuntungan dengan total akumulasi Rp1.006.968.292 dan menjadi sumber pendapatan utama bagi 72,72% penerima manfaat langsung. Secara sosial, 90,91% rumah tangga tergolong sejahtera karena berada di atas garis kemiskinan. Dari aspek lingkungan, pemanfaatan limbah kulit kopi berhasil menyerap 10,91% total limbah kopi di Desa Ngarip serta mereduksi emisi GRK sebesar 46,95 ton CO2-eq. Ulubelu District faces economic, social, and environmental challenges due to the majority of the community relying on coffee as their sole primary source of livelihood. This study aims to analyze the sustainability level of livelihood assets as well as well as the economic, social, and environmental impacts of KUPS Margo Rukun Bestari. Data were obtained through a census method of 14 direct beneficiaries. The result indicated a beneficiary livelihood sustainability score of 3.93 categorized as good. Economically, all business units operated generated a total accumulated profit of IDR 1,006,968,292 and served as the main source of income for 72,72% of the direct beneficiaries. Socially, 90,91% of households are classified as prosperous as they are above the poverty line. From the environmental aspect, the utilization of coffee husk waste successfully absorbed 10,91% of the total coffee waste in Ngarip Village and reduced GHG emissions by 46,95 tons of CO2-eq.
