      Abstract
      ABSTRAK Rhizki Solenia Alianto. Performa Sel Mikroalga Akuatik Hydrodictyon sp. pada Kultur dengan Warna Cahaya LED Berbeda. Dibimbing oleh INNA PUSPA AYU dan NIKEN TUNJUNG MURTI PRATIWI. Hydrodictyon sp. merupakan alga hijau air tawar yang berpotensi sebagai agen fitoremediasi karena mampu menyerap nutrien dan menghasilkan biomassa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh warna cahaya LED terhadap kemampuan bertahan hidup Hydrodictyon sp. Penelitian diawali dengan penentuan komposisi nutrien terbaik menggunakan enam perlakuan rasio nitrogen (N) dengan atau tanpa vitamin B1. Perlakuan terbaik digunakan pada penelitian utama dengan tiga warna cahaya LED (putih, merah, dan biru) selama 14 hari. Parameter yang diamati meliputi biomassa, Relative Growth Rate (RGR), Doubling Time (DT), karakter morfologi, kualitas air, serta konsentrasi amonium, nitrat, dan ortofosfat. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA satu arah, Two-Way ANOVA, dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio N 15:1 dengan penambahan vitamin B1 merupakan komposisi nutrien terbaik. Warna cahaya LED tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap biomassa (p>0,05), tetapi cahaya biru cenderung mempertahankan biomassa, kondisi morfologi koloni, dan pemanfaatan nutrien lebih baik. Kualitas air tetap mendukung kelangsungan hidup Hydrodictyon sp. Kata kunci: cahaya LED, Hydrodictyon sp., kemampuan bertahan hidup.
       
      ABSTRACT Rhizki Solenia Alianto. Aquatic Microalgae Cell Performance Hydrodictyon sp. on Cultures with Different LED Light Colors. Supervised by INNA PUSPA AYU dan NIKEN TUNJUNG MURTI PRATIWI. Hydrodictyon sp. is a freshwater green alga with potential as a phytoremediation agent due to its ability to absorb nutrients and produce biomass. This study aimed to analyze the effect of LED light color on the survival ability of Hydrodictyon sp. The study began by determining the optimum nitrogen (N) ratio using six treatments with or without vitamin B1 supplementation. The best treatment was then applied in the main experiment using three LED light colors (white, red, and blue) for 14 days. The observed parameters included biomass, Relative Growth Rate (RGR), Doubling Time (DT), morphological characteristics, water quality, and the concentrations of ammonium, nitrate, and orthophosphate. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test. The results showed that the 15:1 N ratio with vitamin B1 supplementation was the optimum nutrient composition. LED light color had no significant effect on biomass (p > 0.05); however, blue light tended to better maintain biomass, colony morphology, and nutrient utilization. Water quality remained within a range that supported the survival of Hydrodictyon sp. Keywords: Hydrodictyon sp., LED light, survival capability
