      Abstract
      Usaha peternakan ayam broiler memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik untuk menghasilkan performa produksi dan keuntungan yang optimal. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengelolaan usaha peternakan ayam broiler di SP Farm, Kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara, berdasarkan aspek teknis pemeliharaan, performa produksi, kelayakan finansial, dan strategi pemasaran. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandang 2 memiliki performa lebih baik dibandingkan kandang 1, ditunjukkan oleh mortalitas 2,40%, survival rate 97,60%, FCR 1,63, bobot panen 2.133 g/ekor, dan Indeks Performa (IP) 346. Sementara itu, kandang 1 memiliki mortalitas 11,00%, survival rate 89,00%, FCR 1,71, bobot panen 1.700 g/ekor, dan IP 295. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa kedua periode pemeliharaan layak diusahakan dengan nilai Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) masing-masing sebesar 1,205 dan 1,224. Strategi pemasaran melalui berbagai saluran penjualan turut meningkatkan penerimaan usaha.
       
      Broiler Farming operations require effective management to achieve optimal production performance and profitability. This study aims to evaluate the management of the broiler Farming business at SP Farm in Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi, focusing on technical rearing aspects, production performance, financial viability, and marketing strategies. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review, and subsequently analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that house 2 achieved superior performance compared to house 1, evidenced by a mortality rate of 2.40%, a survival rate of 97.60%, an FCR of 1.63, a harvest weight of 2,133 g/bird, and a Performance Index (PI) of 346. In contrast, house 1 recorded a mortality rate of 11.00%, a survival rate of 89.00%, an FCR of 1.71, a harvest weight of 1,700 g/bird, and a PI of 295. Financial analysis demonstrates that both rearing periods were economically viable, with Revenue-Cost (R/C) ratios of 1.205 and 1.224, respectively. Marketing strategies utilizing various sales channels further boosted business revenue.
