Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbandingan produktivitas tanaman bayam serta keuntungan penggunaan pupuk Guano cair dan POC Nasa cair di PT Bali Organik Subak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif terhadap 200 sampel tanaman bayam yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok perlakuan, masing-masing 100 tanaman. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis anggaran parsial, dan Revenue Cost Ratio
(R/C ratio). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk Guano menghasilkan produktivitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan POC Nasa, ditunjukkan oleh berat panen 30 kg, tinggi tanaman 9,6 cm, lebar daun 5,8 cm, dan jumlah daun 8 helai. Analisis parsial menunjukkan penggunaan pupuk Guano memberikan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp4.499.200. Nilai R/C ratio pupuk Guano sebesar 1,18 menunjukkan usaha layak dan menguntungkan, sedangkan POC Nasa memperoleh nilai 0,91 sehingga belum layak. using liquid Guano fertilizer and Nasa Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC Nasa) at PT Bali Organik Subak. The research employed a quantitative comparative approach involving 200 spinach plants divided equally into two treatment groups. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review, and analyzed using descriptive analysis, partial budget analysis, and the Revenue
Cost (R/C) Ratio. The results showed that liquid Guano fertilizer produced higher productivity than POC Nasa, with a harvest weight of 30 kg, plant height of 9,6 cm, leaf width of 5,8 cm, and eight leaves per plant. Partial budget analysis indicated an additional profit of Rp4.499.200 from the use of Guano fertilizer. Furthermore, the R/C Ratio of Guano fertilizer was 1,18, indicating that the farming business was feasible and profitable, whereas POC Nasa recorded an R/C Ratio of 0,91, indicating that it was not yet economically feasible. Liquid Guano fertilizer is recommended to improve spinach productivity and farm income.
