Analisis Usaha Penjualan Telur Ayam Ras di Toko Muara Telur Cileungsi Jawa Barat

Abstract

Produk yang dihasilkan dari peternakan unggas, telur mengandung berbagai zat gizi yang lengkap dan mudah diserap oleh tubuh. Telur memiliki kandungan protein hewani yang tinggi sehingga menjadi salah satu sumber protein yang setara dengan daging, ikan, dan susu. Tujuan analisis usaha penjualan telur ayam ras di Toko Muara Telur Cileungsi adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja usaha, tingkat permintaan konsumen terhadap telur ayam ras, serta kelayakan usaha yang dijalankan. Kegiatan analisis usaha di Toko Muara Telur Cileungsi, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, kegiatan dilakukan selama lima bulan dimulai pada tanggal 1 Desember 2025 hingga tanggal 1 Mei 2026. Analisis finansial menghitung biaya tetap, biaya variabel, biaya total, penerimaan, keuntungan, ATC, dan R/C. Dari analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa mendapatkan hasil R/C 1,03 selama periode 5 bulan, yang diartikan usaha tersebut layak dijalankan.

Products produced from poultry farms, eggs contain a variety of nutrients that are complete and easily absorbed by the body. Eggs have a high animal protein content so that they are one of the sources of protein equivalent to meat, fish, and milk. The purpose of the business analysis of selling purebred chicken eggs at the Cileungsi Egg Estuary Shop is to analyze business performance, the level of consumer demand for purebred chicken eggs, and the feasibility of the business being run. Business analysis activities at the Muara Egg Cileungsi Shop, Bogor Regency, West Java, activities were carried out for five months starting from December 1, 2025 to May 1, 2026. The financial analysis calculates fixed costs, variable costs, total costs, revenues, profits, ATC, and R/C. From the analysis, it is concluded that it gets an R/C result of 1.03 over a period of 5 months, which means that the business is worth running.
