      Evaluasi Keragaan Agronomi dan Vigor Daya Simpan Genotipe Kacang Hijau Hasil Pemuliaan IPB

      Abstract
      Kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan penting di Indonesia, namun produktivitasnya masih rendah. Program pemuliaan IPB telah menghasilkan genotipe kacang hijau dengan potensi hasil tinggi, tetapi informasi mengenai vigor daya simpannya belum tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keragaan agronomi dan vigor daya simpan genotipe kacang hijau hasil pemuliaan IPB untuk mendapatkan genotipe unggul berproduksi tinggi dan bervigor daya simpan tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025-April 2026 di Kebun Percobaan Cikabayan Bawah dan laboratorium Departemen AGH IPB. Penelitian menggunakan 17 genotipe kacang hijau hasil pemuliaan IPB dan tiga varietas nasional Vima 1, Vima 2, dan Vima 5 sebagai pembanding. Evaluasi keragaan agronomi menggunakan RKLT, sedangkan evaluasi vigor daya simpan menggunakan RAL-tersarang. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam ANOVA, uji lanjut DMRT taraf 5%, standarisasi Z-score, dan analisis lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genotipe berpengaruh nyata pada beberapa karakter dan parameter yang diamati. Berdasarkan standarisasi Z-score, sebagian besar genotipe yang diuji memiliki keragaan agronomi lebih tinggi dibandingkan varietas pembanding, namun genotipe dengan keragaan agronomi tinggi tidak selalu memiliki vigor daya simpan tinggi. Genotipe F7-480/V1-10, F8-Lom2/V2-6, F8-VR480B-109, F9-Lom2/129-2, F9-Lom2/129-42, dan F9-VR10/V1-6 bernilai tinggi pada kedua evaluasi dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai calon varietas kacang hijau berproduksi dan bervigor daya simpan tinggi.
       
      Mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) is an important food commodity in Indonesia, but its productivity remains low. The IPB breeding program has produced mung bean genotypes with high yield potential; however, information on their seed storability is not yet available. This study aimed to evaluate the agronomic performance and seed storability of mung bean genotypes developed through the IPB breeding program to identify superior genotypes with high yield and seed storability. The research was conducted from October 2025 to April 2026 at the Cikabayan Bawah Experimental Farm and laboratories of the Department of AGH IPB. The research used 17 mung bean genotypes developed through the IPB breeding program and three national varieties, Vima 1, Vima 2, and Vima 5, as comparators. Agronomic performance was evaluated using a RCBD, while seed storability was evaluated using a nested-CRD. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), DMRT at the 5% significance level, Z-score standardization, and other analyses. The results showed that genotype significantly affected several observed traits and parameters. Based on Z-score standardization, most genotypes exhibited higher agronomic performance than the comparator varieties; however, high agronomic performance did not always correspond to high seed storability. Genotypes F7-480/V1-10, F8-Lom2/V2-6, F8-VR480B-109, F9-Lom2/129-2, F9-Lom2/129-42, and F9-VR10/V1-6 showed high values in both evaluations and have potential for further development as superior mung bean varieties with high yield and high seed storability.
