Analisis Usaha Ayam Broiler Sistem Kemitraan di Peternakan Yadif Farm Kecamatan Ciracap Kabupaten Sukabumi

Abstract

Tujuan dari analisis usaha ayam broiler sistem kemitraan di peternakan Yadif Farm ini mencakup informasi mengenai performa produksi seperti Konsumsi Pakan, Rataan Bobot Panen, Deplesi, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), serta Indeks Performa (IP). Selain itu, data ekonomi yang dikumpulkan Biaya total, Break Even Point (BEP), Penerimaan, Pendapatan, serta rasio penerimaan terhadap biaya (Revenue Cost Ratio). Untuk strain ayam yang digunakan adalah jenis ayam Cobb dengan populasi ayam 12.000-12.500 ekor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi pakan pada ketiga periode pemeliharaan berada di atas standar. Nilai FCR menunjukkan nilai 1.46, 1.39 dan 1.52 berada di atas standar yang berarti pemberian pakan telah dilakukan secara efisien. Rataan bobot panen berkisar 2,03 hingga 2,21 kg. Dan nilai IP menunjukkan nilai di atas 350 sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai sangat baik. Analisis usaha menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini memperoleh keuntungan pada setiap periodenya dan perhitungan Revenue Cost Ratio menunjukkan angka >1 tiap periodenya dan nilai BEP tiap periodenya berada di atas nilai titik impas.

This business analysis of the partnership based broiler operation at Yadif Farm covers production performance metrics such as feed consumption, average harvest weight, depletion, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), and Performance Index (IP) as well as economic data, including total costs, Break Even Point (BEP), revenue, income, and the revenue to cost ratio. The operation utilized the Cobb strain with a population of 12,000-12,500 chicken. Analysis results indicate that feed consumption across all three rearing periods exceeded standard levels. FCR values of 1.46, 1.39, and 1.52 were recorded these figures, being above the standard, signify efficient feed utilization.
