Analisis Kinerja Rantai Pasok Stroberi pada Unit Bisnis Distributor di PT XYZ
Abstract
The distribution business unit of PT XYZ serves as a strawberry distributor connecting partner farmers with modern retail and horeca (hotel, restaurant, and catering) customers. Its supply chain still faces challenges, including high product rejection, product returns, and supply-demand mismatches. This study aimed to analyze the supply chain structure, evaluate supply chain performance and efficiency, and formulate managerial implications. The methods employed were the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results showed that asset management efficiency achieved the highest performance score (100%), followed by responsiveness (93%) and agility (85%), while reliability recorded the lowest score (79%) and was identified as the highest-priority performance attribute by AHP (0.501). DEA results indicated that the distribution business unit was efficient (1.000), whereas only two of the eight partner farmers were efficient. Managerial implications emphasize strengthening farmer partnerships, improving supply coordination, evaluating partner performance, and enhancing quality control to improve the reliability and efficiency of the strawberry supply chain
