dc.description.abstractPerumahan Ciomas Permai Blok B di Kabupaten Bogor sering mengalami genangan akibat tingginya intensitas curah hujan dan terbatasnya area resapan akibat alih fungsi lahan menjadi kawasan terbangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan merencanakan sumur resapan sebagai upaya pengendalian limpasan permukaan di kawasan tersebut. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis curah hujan rencana dengan distribusi Log Pearson III, uji permeabilitas tanah metode falling head, pengukuran tutupan lahan menggunakan Google Earth Pro, serta perhitungan debit limpasan dengan metode Rasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai permeabilitas tanah terkoreksi sebesar 4,15 cm/jam dan koefisien limpasan tertimbang kawasan sebesar 0,62. Debit limpasan wilayah tercatat sebesar 0,20 m³/detik (727,78 m³/jam) dengan total volume andil banjir wilayah sebesar 2.846,94 m³. Sumur resapan direncanakan menggunakan konstruksi Tipe II berdiameter 1,4 m dan kedalaman 2,5 m. Kebutuhan sumur resapan untuk 219 unit rumah adalah sebanyak 371 unit, yang mampu menampung dan meresapkan volume limpasan sebesar 1.868,86 m³ sehingga mencapai efektivitas reduksi banjir sebesar 66%. Total rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) pembangunan 371 unit sumur resapan adalah sebesar Rp1.919.700.165. Perencanaan ini dinilai efektif dalam mengurangi limpasan permukaan.
dc.description.abstractCiomas Permai Housing Estate B in Bogor Regency frequently experiences surface inundation due to high rainfall intensity and limited infiltration areas caused by land conversion into built-up areas. This study aims to design infiltration wells to control surface runoff in the area. The methods applied include rainfall frequency analysis using the Log Pearson III distribution, soil permeability testing via the falling head method, land cover measurement using Google Earth Pro, and runoff discharge calculation using the Rational method. The results show a corrected soil permeability value of 4,15 cm/hour and a weighted runoff coefficient of 0,62. The regional runoff discharge was calculated at 0,20 m³/second (727,78 m³/hour) with a total regional flood contribution volume of 2.846,94 m³. The infiltration wells were designed using Type II construction with a diameter of 1,4 m and a depth of 2,5 m. The required number of infiltration wells for 219 housing units is 371 units, which can retain and infiltrate a runoff volume of 1.868,86 m³, achieving a flood reduction efficiency of 66%. The total budget estimation for constructing 371 units of infiltration wells is IDR 1.919.700.165. This design is considered effective in reducing surface runoff.
